She provided a lot of information, advice, support, and even answered the questions I didn’t know I needed to ask! She always responded quickly when I had questions and didn’t ever make me feel like I was asking a ‘dumb’ question. She was great at identifying potential issues in the houses we looked at, and that made our decision so much easier.
